Changes to route 832 and new shortworking 832A
Effective Sunday, 2 September 2007, Harmony service 832 plying between Bukit Panjang and Sengkang via Woodlands, Sembawang and Yishun, will have its route within Sengkang amended.
Instead of serving Punggol Road and Sengkang East Way, service 832 will be rerouted to serve Compassvale Street and Compassvale Road. The amendment is to help provide a direct bus link to the Compassvale precinct from the Sengkang town centre and bus interchange.
In addition, a new shortworking trip 832A will be introduced to improve the level of efficiency for the service. Route 832A will ply between Woodlands and Sengkang only. Passengers travelling beyond Woodlands towards Bukit Panjang are advised to take only route 832 as per usual.
